💼 Responsibilities
-Manage the entire employee lifecycle. -Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a match for both job requirements and company culture. -Designing and administering fair salary structures, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits packages (health, retirement, leave) to attract and retain talent. -Acting as a mediator for workplace conflicts, handling grievances, and championing a positive organizational culture. -Analyzing skill gaps and implementing "upskilling" or "reskilling" programs to keep the workforce competitive - Ensuring all practices adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws, while managing accurate employee records and data.
