About the job: The Biomedical Service Engineers work closely with the Health Facility, Sales department and Project Management. He/She will handle the pre sales, post and after sales service, such as preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of Medical Machines and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Provide services for equipment installation, repairs, and maintenance Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications Conduct product demonstration/ presentation Provide technical assistance to clients and clients’ end users Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated Installs new equipment by establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and testing performance. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions Spearhead and ensure proper checking of medical equipment during arrival from Principals/ Manufacturers and upon deployment to customer site either for demo or delivery purposes Prepares and submit biomedical reports and other reportorial requirements by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Maintains safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety tests, recommending, and complying with procedures, training, and guiding medical and healthcare personnel and complying with regulatory codes And other tasks that may be assigned.

Key Skills Requirement: Knowledge on various medical equipment/machines (Imaging Products- Xray, CT Scan, Mamo, Patient Monitor, etc) Able to prioritize and follow through tasks Ability to work under pressure Presentation skills Research skills Strong technical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and consultative skills Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills Exceptional customer service skills Qualifications: Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Biomedical/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Communications) Professional License is an advantage At least 5 years of working experience in the related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Driven, Passionate, Customer-Focused and Goal/Result-Oriented Must be willing to travel and do field work About Philmed Dynasty Corp.
